You never know how something will feel until you live through it. Plus, I didn’t see her blaming him. Just wanting him to understand how she felt.
And I didn’t get the impression she felt unfulfilled. Very fulfilled, just missing the man she loves most in the world. Nothing wrong with that.

My sister LOVED the book. shrug. Two years later and I’m still trying to finish it. The movie looks better than the book! Ack!
